Art of PAWS

August 25, 2018

Join us for the 13th Annual Art of PAWS, presented by Purina. This event is the official lead in to Thirst for Life.  It is a celebration of phenomenal local art, music, and cuisine.  Join us at The Grand Ballroom at Gallery 1014 on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. for this fun-filled event featuring music, entertainment, complimentary hors d’oeuvres & cocktails, and specialty drinks from the evening's sponsors.

Cast your vote in the cocktail challenge and bid on silent auction items from local Saint Louis artists, sports memorabilia, tickets to awesome venues and events, and so much more! All monies raised will benefit the PAWS (Pets Are Wonderful Support) program, which helps keep pets in their fur-ever loving homes.  PAWS provides monthly preventatives and food or veterinary costs so our clients can utilize their financial resources for their own healthcare. Plan on joining us for this outstanding event, raise monies for PAWS, and have a ter-ruff-ic and purr-fectly fun time!

Must be 21 years or older to attend this event.

This year's event is sold out.

Unlike any other program in St. Louis and one of only a few in the country, PAWS helps people living with HIV/AIDS keep their pets as long as possible. For 27 years, PAWS has been, and will remain, an integral part of Saint Louis Effort for AIDS’ programs and services for people living with HIV/AIDS in our region. PAWS provides pet food and veterinary care assistance to keep PAWS pets healthy, strong and by the side of their human family. Facing ongoing pet expenses and the sheer physical effort involved with pet care, many people living with HIV/AIDS consider giving up their pets. This potential loss comes at a time when people most need their pet's unconditional love.

Art of PAWS is presented by Purina. They know how important the bond is between people and pets, and how research proves that spending time with pets can decrease blood pressure, stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression. While pets bring us so much joy, they also provide wonderful support through hardship. Purina is dedicated to helping keep people and pets together, which is why they’ve teamed up with Saint Louis Effort for AIDS to step up their support the PAWS Program.

Help us both continue this mission at Art of Paws on Saturday, August 25th. Click above to get your tickets now.
