My First Time
The ACCESS Project is a team of Certified Application Counselors (CACs) and a team of Federal Navigators (FN) to assist with enrollment in the health insurance Marketplace for people who are uninsured or underinsured. The CAC's FN's help people throughout Missouri know about their coverage options and the financial help for which they may qualify. The ACCESS Project is coordinated through a statewide consortium of partnering agencies with leadership from EFA.
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) created a new health insurance Marketplace, www.healthcare.gov, for individuals, families, and small businesses to shop for and buy private health insurance. The Marketplace is open through February 15, 2015 for consumers to compare and choose insurance plans. Individuals and families may find they qualify for tax discounts based on income and family size.
